NEWPORT, RI, July 4, 2009 -- Yesterday, Tournament Officials released the singles and doubles main draw for the 2009 Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships. The Singles and Doubles draw are attached. The second round of qualifying play will begin today at 10:00 am to determine the final four qualifying seeds to complete the main draw. Main Draw play is scheduled to start Monday at 11:00 am, full schedule to be released this evening.

About the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships
The Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships follows the Wimbledon fortnight and is the only ATP World Tour event played on grass in North America. The Newport tournament features 32 of the top men in professional tennis competing for $500,000 in prize money.
Current players who will compete in Newport include two-time defending champion Fabrice Santoro (champion in 2007, 2008), Mardy Fish, Sam Querrey, Robby Ginepri (champion in 2003), Taylor Dent (champion in 2002) and Prakash Amritraj (finalist in 2008).
